38ok Rewards — Play, Earn Points & Win Big

Every bet, every game brings you closer to bigger rewards. 38ok's loyalty system sets a whole new standard in Bangladesh.

What is the 38ok Rewards Program and how does it work?

Online betting and gaming is a lot less fun when it's all about winning or losing. 38ok That's why we've built a complete rewards ecosystem where the more you play — win or lose — the more points you accumulate and the more exclusive benefits you unlock. This isn't just a bonus program; it's our way of showing appreciation for your loyalty.

It's simple: every wager earns you points. Redeem those points for cash rewards, free bets, or exclusive gifts. As your points grow, so does your VIP tier — and with it, your benefits. There are five tiers from Bronze to Diamond, each with its own set of perks.

There are also daily missions, weekly tournaments, and special festival challenges — complete them to earn extra points and bonuses. Refer your friends and get exclusive rewards when they join.

What makes the 38ok rewards program different from the rest in Bangladesh?

Many platforms out there offer bonuses, but most come with terms so complicated that the average player can barely make sense of them. 38okThe rewards system is built to be straightforward and transparent — no hidden wagering requirements, no time-limit traps.

Every point in our system is tracked clearly and transparently. Points accumulate automatically whenever you play — no extra steps needed. Just head to the dashboard on the app or website to see your current point total, how many more you need to reach the next level, and how far along you are on this week's missions.

The referral program is a standout feature. Simply send your link to a friend — once they sign up and make their first deposit, you instantly receive ৳500. On top of that, 1% of every bet they place is credited to your account. It's a genuine passive income opportunity that many players are already making the most of.

During festive seasons — Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh — 38ok launches special seasonal rewards. Point multipliers go up during these periods, and limited-edition prizes become available. Regular players make the most of these occasions to redeem rewards of much greater value.

Rewards FAQ

Important Information About Your Account & Safe Gaming

Setting up two-factor authentication (2FA) on 38ok is straightforward and essential for keeping your points and rewards secure. Go to Account Settings and click on the "Security" section. Under "Two-Step Verification," choose either Google Authenticator or SMS-based OTP. If you opt for SMS, a verification code will be sent to your number each time you log in. With 2FA enabled, even if someone else knows your password, they still cannot access your account — keeping your point balance and accumulated rewards completely safe.

38ok takes Responsible Gaming seriously. Under the "Responsible Play" section in your account settings, you'll find three tools: (1) Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limits — once you hit your set limit, the system automatically stops accepting further deposits; (2) Session Timer — automatically logs you out after a set period and prompts you to take an account break; (3) Self-Exclusion — temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months. During this period, your accumulated points are extended so you don't lose rewards just for taking a break.
